Georgia Institute of Technology

The average mid-career earnings of a Georgia Institute of Technology graduate was $112,000. In addition, according to the Office of Assessment at Georgia Tech, the median salary has steadily increased since the spring of 2012.

University of California, Los Angeles: American Language Center and International Programs

With nearly 98,000 applicants, the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) is a very popular choice for students. The average mid-career salary of a UCLA graduate is estimated at $98,100.

The University of Texas at Austin

One of the top public universities in the country, University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin) is the flagship university for the University of Texas system. The average mid-career salary for a UT Austin graduate is approximately $96,400.

University of California, San Diego

Originally established as an oceanographic research institution the University of California, San Diego (UC San Diego) is now known for biomedical sciences and engineering. The mid-career earnings of a UC San Diego graduate is estimated at $108,000.

California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo

California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, also known as Cal Poly, is located in between San Francisco and Los Angeles. The average mid-career earnings of a Cal Poly grad is $102,000. The top degrees earned are business administration, mechanical engineering and biological sciences.

University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

The average mid-career earnings of a graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC)  is $102,000. UIUC is known to have one of the best engineering programs in addition to a range of other quality programs.

University of California, Santa Barbara

University of California, Santa Barbara, also known as UCSB, is known for it’s 12 renowned research facilities. The average mid-career earnings of a UCSB graduate is $101,000.

University of California, Berkeley: College Foundations Program and International Diploma Programs

One of the top public universities in the country, University of California, Berkeley’s graduate’s mid-career earnings averaged $112,000. Although, according to PayScale, the mid-career earning are estimated closer to $136,000 with many of these salaries based on STEM related careers.
